Live In Pro is a leading salon equipment and furniture distribution company, working in partnership with Marc (Gurgaon), a leading name in salon furniture. We supply premium salon furniture and equipment to salons across Kerala.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to take overall responsibility for our store operations, inventory management, team coordination, and day-to-day communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow.
- Take complete responsibility for stock management, inventory accuracy, and store organization.
- Supervise and manage store staff, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Receive, inspect, count, and record incoming salon furniture, equipment, and other materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, systematic arrangement, and safe handling of all products.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, damaged, and returned items.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transporters, partners, and internal teams regarding stock, deliveries, dispatches, and other store-related requirements.
- Handle client and partner communication professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Plan and coordinate material dispatches and deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks, stock reconciliation, and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation for purchases, stock movements, dispatches, returns, and damages.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall organization of the store.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and other inventory-related issues and report them to management.
- Ensure company procedures and inventory controls are followed by all store staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to follow up on pending materials and deliveries.
- Take initiative in solving day-to-day operational and inventory-related problems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or a similar role.
- Previous experience managing a team or store staff is preferred.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple store activities simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable working under peak business seasons and taking client class outside work hours.
- Two-wheeler license and ability to travel locally is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a responsible, organized, and hands-on manager who can independently manage the store and lead the store team. The candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable dealing with clients and business partners, and have a strong understanding of stock and inventory management.
