Managerial Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenuepotential in business opportunities. Steering profit center operations at national level foraccomplishment of top line growth & bottom-lineprofitability. Planning & management of operations for maximizationof ROI, and accountable for strategic utilization anddeployment of available resources to achieveorganizational objectives. Establishing sales goals, short term and long-termbudgets and developing business plans for enhancingrevenues and controlling expenses. Developing new plans & procedures through analysis ofmarket trends & competitors’ activities to fine tuneexisting selling activities. Formulating goals and developing business plans foraugmenting market share and margins. Managing the overall Key Account’s operation includingmanpower planning and development with a view toachieve business objectives. Identifying and developing new streams for long termrevenue growth and maintaining relationships withcustomers to achieve repeat/referral business.
FunctionalOverseeing Key accounts operations, thereby achievingincreased sales growth. Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness
about the company & its products among customers. Finalizing the final range for every season as per thebusiness plan with the exact number of styles in eachcategory / color ways and projected quantities. Building brand focus in conjunction with operationalrequirements; utilizing market feedback & personalnetwork to develop marketing intelligence for positioningthe products. Finalizing customer with the objective of meeting thecompany’s goals on one end and the viability on theother. Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activitiesfor successful launching of new product. Conceptualization of visual merchandising display atoutlet for maintenance of a high –product Image. Interacting and assisting customers for enhancing salesgrowth, market coverage and promoting the brand. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance ofteam members to ensure efficiency in process operationsand meeting of individual & groups targets. Designing and development of merchandising materialacross product categories for promoting the sale ofproduct. Any other responsibility as assigned by the managementtime to time.

Requirements

National sales exposure across apparel, footwear, accessories industry pan India

Post graduate / MBA is sales, marketing

Minimum experience must be 12 years with maximum CTC upto 40 LPA

Proficient on MS Office with a knack of operational planning and execution

Should be a team leader and help across team training

Oversee key accounts operations

orchestrate sales growth exponentially
