InternPost is building a global platform connecting students and early-career talent with internship and job opportunities from companies across India, the UK, US, Germany, Estonia, and the Netherlands.
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development & Growth Intern to join our early-stage team in Ahmedabad.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founding team and gain practical experience in business development, sales, recruitment, content management, partnerships, and startup growth.
What You Will Do1. Company Outreach & Business Development
- Research companies that hire interns and early-career professionals.
- Reach out to companies through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Introduce companies to InternPost and explain the benefits of posting opportunities on the platform.
- Follow up with prospective employers and help convert them into active clients.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective companies.
- Help develop and improve company outreach strategies.
2. Job Post Management
- Work with companies to collect information required for internship and job listings.
- Help create, review, and manage job posts on InternPost.
- Ensure job descriptions and company information are accurate and complete.
- Regularly review listings and identify posts that need to be updated or removed.
- Help maintain the overall quality of content on the platform.
3. College & University Outreach
- Research colleges and universities and identify relevant contacts.
- Reach out to placement cells, career offices, faculty members, and student organisations.
- Introduce InternPost and explore opportunities for institutional partnerships.
- Help colleges connect their students with relevant internship and job opportunities.
- Develop relationships with student communities and organisations.
4. Candidate & Platform Growth
- Help increase student registrations and applications on InternPost.
- Identify opportunities to promote InternPost among students.
- Assist with campus outreach and student engagement initiatives.
- Track registrations, applications, company onboarding, and other growth metrics.
- Suggest new ideas to improve candidate acquisition and engagement.
5. Startup & Growth Projects
As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, including:
