Job Summary
We are looking for an Admission Counsellor & Telecaller to handle student inquiries, counsel prospective students, and convert leads into admissions through calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound & handle inbound admission calls
- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career options
- Follow up with leads and close admissions
- Maintain call and admission records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Experience
- 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
