We're Hiring: Immigration Consultants (Sales-Focused Role)
Locations: Cochin
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and client engagement? We're looking for target-driven Immigration Counsellors to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into successful clients. While immigration guidance is part of the role, strong sales acumen and lead conversion skills are the key success factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries
- Consult prospective clients and recommend suitable immigration solutions
- Convert leads into clients through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
- Guide clients through documentation and application processes
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
✔ 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Counselling, Business Development, or Immigration Consulting
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✔ Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
✔ Freshers with exceptional communication and a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply
