We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our overseas education team. The role involves identifying new student prospects, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and promoting study-abroad programs to increase enrollments.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and generate potential leads through various sources such as online campaigns, student fairs, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with partners to promote study abroad opportunities.
Client Interaction:
- Engage with students and parents, understand their educational goals, and explain suitable overseas education options.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful student applications.
Sales & Conversion:
- Achieve monthly targets related to student acquisition and university partnerships.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure a high conversion rate.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Education, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
- Knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
