- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth service during lunch, dinner, events, and peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs and statutory regulations.
Team Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the service team.
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate responsibilities.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
- Create a positive, energetic, and guest-focused work culture.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Personally interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Build relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience.
Revenue & Sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive food and beverage sales through effective upselling.
- Promote ongoing events, offers, and special promotions.
- Maximize table turnover while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen.
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
- Ensure proper stock handling and daily inventory checks.
- Assist in maintaining food and beverage cost targets.
Events & Reservations
- Coordinate private parties, corporate events, and special celebrations.
- Ensure seamless execution of reservations and event operations.
- Work closely with the reservations and marketing team to maximize bookings.
Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, marketing, and management teams.
- Ensure smooth communication across all departments.
- Support new initiatives, promotional campaigns, and outlet events.
Reporting
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements.
- Assist management in planning strategies to improve sales and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
