Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end IT support, including hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, user support, vendor management, system administration, and IT asset management, ensuring seamless business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades.
Network Administration
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure secure and reliable network operations.
User Support
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees.
- Resolve hardware, software, email, printer, and application-related issues.
- Set up systems for new employees and deactivate access for exiting employees.
System & Server Administration
- Manage Windows/Linux servers (if applicable).
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, and email systems.
- Monitor backups and disaster recovery processes.
Cybersecurity
- Implement and monitor antivirus, endpoint protection, firewall, and security policies.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Manage user access, password policies, and security awareness.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of all IT assets.
- Track asset allocation, warranties, and AMC renewals.
- Coordinate procurement of IT hardware and software.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, software providers, and AMC partners.
- Manage service contracts and ensure timely support.
Data Backup & Recovery
- Perform regular backups of critical business data.
- Test recovery procedures periodically.
- Ensure business continuity through proper backup strategies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, licenses, configurations, and network diagrams.
- Ensure software license compliance and audit readiness.
Project & Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve productivity.
- Support ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other business applications.
- Participate in IT-related projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure management.

- Windows Server and Desktop Administration
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Administration
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
- Firewall and Network Security

- Printer and Peripheral Management
- Basic Cloud Administration (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,645.46 - ₹45,354.03 per month
