Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Retail / Manufacturing ERP Sales Executive to drive sales of ERP solutions for retail and manufacturing businesses. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and closing ERP software deals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail and manufacturing clients.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams during the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP sales, preferably in Retail or Manufacturing domains.
- Proven experience in B2B software sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business workflows and ERP processes.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
