Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for our students and clients. Daily responsibilities include managing online support channels, providing technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining precise communication.
Qualifications
Competence in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in providing Online Support and Technical Support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with yoga or wellness industries is a plus
Proficiency in using customer management software and tools is preferred
