Wellphy Medical Hub, a multidisciplinary rehabilitation centre, is hiring a qualified Occupational Therapist on a consultation basis.
Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat individuals with physical, developmental, neurological, sensory, or functional challenges to improve independence and quality of life. The role involves planning and providing individualized therapy sessions and collaborating with physiotherapists, doctors, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive rehabilitation care. This is a flexible part-time role requiring 2 to 4 consultation sessions per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ functional, sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy for pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, and developmental conditions
- Improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and activities of daily living
- Educate caregivers and provide home program guidance
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
- Maintain patient records and clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
- Valid professional registration preferred
- Clinical experience in rehabilitation settings is an advantage
- Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply

Work Schedule

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
