We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can create, manage, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram campaigns to drive leads, sales, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Facebook & Instagram advertising for lead generation and conversions
- Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and placements
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales funnels
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and campaign management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Basic understanding of email marketing
Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site – Sector 83)
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
