Key Responsibilities:
- School Visits & Monitoring

Conduct daily visits to assigned schools to observe and monitor device usage.

Track student engagement levels during SwiftPAL sessions to ensure active and meaningful participation.

Program Implementation & Learning Outcomes
-
Ensure SwiftPAL is being implemented consistently across classrooms as per program guidelines.

Track and document learning outcomes to assess the effectiveness of the program on the ground.

Teacher Support & Issue Resolution

Provide hands-on support to teachers in using SwiftPAL tools and resources effectively.

Identify and flag any operational issues (technical, logistical, or process-related) that may hinder smooth implementation.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date field visit logs for every school visited.

Share daily updates and reports with the district/state team to ensure visibility on ground-level progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.

1-3 years of experience in education, teaching, or field program implementation preferred.

Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC or laptop.

Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.

Negotiation and Relationship-Building – Comfort in engaging with multiple stakeholders at the school level.

Self-Discipline and Planning – Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet weekly and monthly goals.
