- Job Description :
- To improve productivity, efficiency, and safety in press machine operations through strong industrial engineering practices, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Preferring to Diploma Holders only BE / BTech in Electrical ,or Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and improve press machine (Mechanical & Hydraulic) processes for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Conduct time study, method study, and line balancing for press operations.
- Standardize SOPs, work instructions, and cycle times.
Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of press machines & SPM
- Support new part development, trials, and process feasibility.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ergonomics.
- Support manpower planning and layout improvement.
- Data analysis and reporting for productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Hydraulic ,Mechanical , Hydro Pneumatic and Servo press Machines.
- Understanding of Press tools, dies, and fixtures.
- Knowledge of SPM, tonnage calculations, and machine capacity.
- Experience in Cycle time reduction and line balancing.
- Basic understanding of quality tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA – added advantage).
- Knowledge of industrial engineering calculations.
- MS Excel and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
