Role Overview: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable individual who can support our day-to-day operations, assist in client coordination, and contribute to the smooth execution of training programs. This role requires someone who is organised, street-smart, and comfortable interacting with clients, while also handling basic operational and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Coordination - Schedule and manage meetings with clients - Handle basic client communication (calls, follow-ups, confirmations) - Ensure smooth coordination before and after training sessions 2. Training Support - Accompany trainers for on-site training sessions when required - Assist in execution of training programs - Help manage logistics during sessions 3. Reporting & Documentation - Prepare basic reports as required - Maintain records of training sessions, client details, and feedback - Organize data in a structured and presentable format 4. Operational Support - Assist in day-to-day business activities - Coordinate internally to ensure tasks are completed on time - Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as needed 5. Problem Solving & Execution - Be proactive in identifying issues and finding quick solutions - Handle situations independently when required - Support the team in ensuring smooth operations Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Strong organizational and coordination abilities - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and presentations - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Street-smart and practical thinker - Professional and presentable personality Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of work experience - Graduate (any field) - Comfortable with on-site work and occasional travel within the city
