- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Greeting guests, verifying reservations, issuing room keys, settling bills, and processing payments efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations in the hotel's property management system (PMS).
- Guest Communication: Answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Guest Relations: Addressing complaints, resolving issues promptly, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborating with housekeeping to update room status (e.g., vacant/ready) and notifying maintenance of repairs.
- Administrative Duties: Maintaining accurate front desk records, updating guest information, and assisting with reports.
