- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Experience in designing and developing custom applications within enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with application configuration, testing, and deployment processes.
