Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to drive business growth and develop our customer and dealer network across Maharashtra.
The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned areas of Maharashtra.
- Promote and demonstrate company products/services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Expand the company's market presence across Maharashtra.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
