We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Sales Intern to join our team. Candidates with internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Real Estate internship or up to 1 year of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
