About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 10+ years of proven experience to lead and manage all Human Resources functions across our diversified business operations, including an RO Water Manufacturing Factory, Restaurant, and Bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, and workforce planning in manufacturing and hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, restaurant, bakery, and corporate staff.
- Handle onboarding, induction, training, and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, factory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Develop performance management systems, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support manpower planning and succession planning across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and high employee retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, hospitality, or multi-business organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple business units and work in a fast-paced environment.
