Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Corporate and B2B Sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key corporate accounts, leading a sales team, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Generate new corporate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Manage relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Facility Management teams.
- Drive sales for corporate meal programs, office catering, events, subscriptions, and bulk orders.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product tasting sessions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Hospitality Sales, Catering Sales, or Food Service Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong network within corporate organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Mumbai for client meetings.
