Job Overview:
Edzeb Technologies is looking for a Junior Counselor to guide and support students interested in professional courses. The role involves understanding student requirements, proactively reaching out to potential leads, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding professional courses and career opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Explain course structure, fees, and benefits to potential students.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales-oriented roles.
- Basic understanding of counselling or sales processes.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience can apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
