Execute API manufacturing processes as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and process instructions. Supervise manufacturing activities including charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and material transfer. Ensure batches are completed within the planned cycle time while maintaining quality standards. Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions for any deviations. Coordinate smooth shift operations and ensure proper shift handover. Supervise Production Officers, Operators, Technicians, and Contract Workmen during the shift. Allocate manpower based on production priorities. Guide operators on safe and GMP-compliant operations. Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork on the shop floor.
