- Booking & Reservation: Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). ( Portals- akbar, alhind, flycreative)
- Fare Management: Provide accurate fare quotes and specialized travel itineraries while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Re-issuance & Refunds: Process ticket cancellations, date changes, and refund requests in accordance with airline policies.
- Client Support: Address customer queries via phone and email, providing professional and timely resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of daily transactions, invoices, and passenger manifestos.
