Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Manage daily Dispatch, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficiency.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical audits, and reconcile quantities using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high floor productivity and team morale.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
