Position: Web Designer (2–3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites that deliver a seamless digital experience. You should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies along with hands-on experience in WordPress development.
✅ Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, user-friendly, and fully responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress, GHL, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and others.
- Customize and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and use of page builders such as Elementor, Divi and Gutenberg.
- Customize websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all projects.
- Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and security best practices.
- Landing Pages Design in Figma and Photoshop.
- Integrate third-party tools and services such as email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and eCommerce solutions.
- GohighLevel, Sales Funnels, Leads Pages.
✅ Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer, with a portfolio showcasing live or test projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 4/5.
- Solid experience working with WordPress, including themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor or Divi.
- Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, and basic experience with Shopify, or Kajabi is a plus.
- Good understanding of responsive, mobile-first design, and UI/UX best practices.
- Experience using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or jQuery is an advantage.
- Strong eye for layout, visual design, color harmony, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
