Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–4 years of recruitment experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of factory staff, supervisors, merchandisers, quality personnel, production staff, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in bulk hiring, and the ability to meet manpower requirements within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Handle bulk hiring for production operators, tailors, checkers, helpers, and factory staff.
- Recruit for positions including Merchandising, Production, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Stores, Maintenance, and Administration.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer releases.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower plans.
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
