The Special Educator will work with children with developmental, learning, and behavioral challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities. The role involves designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) to help children achieve their academic, social, and functional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the child’s
strengths, needs, and learning styles using standardized tools and informal observations.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other professionals.
Modify classroom materials and teaching methods to suit the child’s learning abilities.
Conduct one-on-one and small-group sessions focusing on academic readiness, language, social, and daily living skills.
Monitor and document child progress, maintaining accurate records and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Special Education (B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education) from an RCI-recognized institution.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Empathy, patience, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Basic computer proficiency for maintaining child records and reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
