Job Summary
We are looking for an Insurance Advisor with experience in Motor Insurance to support the sales by ensuring seamless policy servicing and customer relationship management. The role involves coordinating with customers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver excellent post-sales support and service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support to the sales team for Motor Insurance policies.
Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy processing, and issue resolution.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely service and high satisfaction.
Handle customer queries related to Motor Insurance products and policy servicing.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up on pending proposals, renewals, and policy issuance.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain service quality and achieve defined turnaround times (TAT).
Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in Motor Insurance (Sales Support/Customer Service/Operations).
Good understanding of Motor Insurance products, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
Experience working with insurance brokers or insurance companies is preferred..
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
