As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our specification-driven sales approach and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to support business growth across EPC, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial segments.

Role Overview
This is a technical, project-driven sales role focused on specification development, consultant engagement, and project conversion.
The selected candidate will play a key role in:
- Securing product approvals and specifications with consultants and EPC companies
- Building a strong project pipeline
- Converting approved specifications into commercial orders
- Acting as a technical advisor to clients
Key Responsibilities
1. Specification & Consultant Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with: Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants, PMC Firms
- Conduct technical presentations and product training
- Ensure inclusion of company products in BOQs and tender specifications
2. EPC & Key Account Management
- Engage with EPC contractors and procurement teams
- Track and manage upcoming projects (commercial, industrial, infrastructure)
- Drive vendor registrations and approvals
3. Technical Sales & Solutions
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cable solutions
- Support customers with: Cable selection, Technical datasheets, Compliance and standards
- Convert approved specifications into commercial business
4. Market Development
- Identify and develop opportunities across: BMS (commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers); Oil & Gas / Process industries; Infrastructure & utilities
- Build and maintain a robust project pipeline
Experience
- 4 - 10 years of experience in:
- Cable industry or Electrical products (switchgear, automation, etc.)
- Must-Have Strong network with consultants, EPCs, and contractors
- Proven experience in: Vendor approvals / brand approvals Specification-based selling
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of: Power cables , Instrumentation cables
- BMS / fire-rated / control cables , BOQs, Technical drawings, Project specifications
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with senior engineers and consultants
- Commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Self-driven and target-oriented
