We’re hiring a passionate and results-oriented Admission Counsellor to support education programs across JEE, NEET, and Classes 6–10. This role blends student counselling, sales strategy, and product expertise to drive enrolments and build strong relationships with internal teams and prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student enrolments through consultative counselling and lead conversion.
Act as a product expert, mastering digital program features, pedagogy, and value proposition.
Conduct training and advocacy sessions at offline centers to promote digital offerings.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, share weekly performance reports, and manage CRM records.
Execute lead generation activities via fieldwork, inbound/outbound calls, and email campaigns.
Provide market feedback to influence product and sales strategy.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in sales or counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET coaching or K-12 education.
Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and flexible with work schedules.
Graduate from a recognized university.
Language proficiency in Hindi/Regional language and English.
