Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding online degree and certification programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Guide students throughout the admission process and provide end-to-end support.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay informed about university offerings, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales orientation.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, telesales, or inside sales will be preferred.
