1.Serve as the first point of contact for Malayalam-speaking customers, managing all voice communications professionally and efficiently.
2.Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products and services.
3.Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
4.Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote products, or gather feedback as required.
