Education & Skills
· Education: Any Graduate; Engineering background preferred
· Skills & Competencies:
o Professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented
o Strong drafting, documentation, and administrative skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Ability to manage physical and digital records efficiently
o Capable of coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender & Bid Coordination
· Manage administrative activities related to bid invitations and tender submissions.
· Prepare bid documents, BOQs, and required technical/administrative submissions as per management instructions.
2. Drafting & Communication
· Draft official letters, documents, and emails related to tenders and project requirements.
· Ensure timely communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
3. Contract Documentation
· Prepare and submit documentation required for contract execution.
· Maintain systematic filing of all agreements (physical & digital).
4. Billing & O&M Coordination
· Prepare monthly bills for O&M services.
· Coordinate with site teams for measurements, supporting documents, and timely record updates.
5. General Office Administration
· Oversee administrative workflows, ensuring smooth operations and documentation compliance.
6. Records Management
· Maintain records of contracts, bank guarantees, and other critical submissions.
7. Operational Records – Monsoon & Pump Installations
· Track dewatering pump installations, staff deployment, attendance, testing reports, and O&M logs.
8. Additional Responsibilities
Undertake assignments as directed by management and ensure timely completion.
