Job Title: Lab Faculty – Civil /Construction
Location: Thane

Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology (mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in civil engineering, construction, or
related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct practical sessions and laboratory demonstrations for students
Guide students in hands-on training, experiments, and workshop activities
Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and materials properly
Prepare practical assignments, reports, and assessment records
Support faculty members in academic and technical activities
Ensure laboratory safety standards and discipline are maintained
Assist students in understanding practical applications of civil and construction concepts
Stay updated with modern construction practices, software, and AI-based educational
tools.
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of civil/construction practicals and site practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding and usage of AI tools for education and productivity
Communication Skills:
English
