Admission Counsellor
Job Summary
An Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process. The role involves explaining courses, answering queries, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about available courses and programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Maintain and update student data in CRM systems.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Conduct counseling sessions (phone, online, or face-to-face).
Assist students with the application and admission process.
Maintain good relationships with prospective students.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling is preferred
Pay: ₹11,343.48 - ₹37,327.39 per month
