Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead / Manager – Digital Marketing to lead digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and manage online campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive quality leads, conversions, website traffic, and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, CPL, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team to achieve targets.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
- Identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a Team Lead/Managerial role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, campaigns, and a team effectively.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving business and marketing targets.
