MyRx is a fast-growing healthcare technology platform connecting qualified healthcare professionals with digital healthcare services. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
