Job Description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Greet guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages.

Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.

Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.

Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Process cash and card payments accurately.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service policies.

Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications

Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
