Position Summary
AISECT is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Placement Officer/ Placement Coordinator to strengthen employer partnerships, coordinate placement activities, and ensure successful employment opportunities for students. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
- Identify placement opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
- Provide career guidance, resume support, and interview preparation.
- Track student placement progress and maintain records.
- Coordinate with colleges, training centers, and recruiters.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer letters, and joining status.
- Generate placement reports and management updates.
- Support employer engagement initiatives and MoU activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, or Business Development.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship management and networking abilities.
- Strong presentation and coordination skills.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
