Position: Warehouse & E-commerce Executive
Salary: ■20,000 – ■30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Joining: Immediate Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply)
About the Role -
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & E-commerce Executive to manage daily warehouse operations and support our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, barcode and label printing, courier coordination, and warehouse reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities -
*Coordinate daily warehouse activities and order processing.
* Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
* Monitor stock movement and inventory accuracy.
* Maintain warehouse records and operational documentation.
* Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
* Generate and print barcodes, shipping labels, and order documentation.
* Ensure proper labeling of products and shipments.
* Coordinate order fulfillment from receipt to dispatch.
* Track orders and ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.
* Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery delays. Update inventory records regularly.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Maintain stock reports and dispatch reports.
* Support management with operational data and performance tracking.
Required Skills -
Experience in barcode and label printing. Understanding of order fulfillment processes. Inventory management and stock tracking knowledge. Courier and logistics coordination experience. Warehouse reporting and documentation skills. Good understanding of English (Reading & Communication). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse, operations, and dispatch teams.
Preferred Candidates - Experience in e-commerce, warehousing, logistics, supply chain operations, or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
