Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Manage office-based sales operations and maintain sales records
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities in the construction and building materials sector
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or building materials industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Good knowledge of building materials and construction products
- Ability to manage sales coordination and client follow-ups efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel, CRM preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, or distributors
- Good understanding of market trends in construction materials
- Strong coordination and customer handling skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
