ob Summary:
Chandigarh Colonisers is looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman for the Opera Garden project. The candidate will prepare accurate architectural, structural and working drawings while coordinating with architects, engineers and the site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and site-development drawings.
- Revise drawings according to site requirements and management instructions.
- Prepare electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and site supervisors.
- Verify site measurements and incorporate them into drawings.
- Maintain proper records and updated versions of all drawings.
- Assist in preparing drawings for approvals and project presentations.
- Ensure drawings comply with approved plans and construction requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
