About the Role
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to connect with businesses interested in launching their own Ayurvedic, herbal, and nutraceutical brands. The role involves outbound calling, qualifying leads, introducing our manufacturing services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across India.
- Introduce the company's third-party manufacturing services.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
- Build strong relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda, nutraceuticals, or manufacturing is preferred.
