Essential:
Proficiency in Integrated communication, including Marketing Communications and Digital Engagement. Exposure in developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that establish the organization as a thought leader and translate into higher visibility for the organization.
Preference: Prefer candidates experienced in B2B communications. Prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
Key KPIs:
Responsible for integrated communications, planning, and execution of communication strategies for Siemens Healthineers in Zone India.
- Support the businesses to attain their business goals through 360-degree communication strategies, plans, budgets, and execution. Ensure that the organization has a competitive advantage in the marketplace and creates a preference for its products/ services/ solutions.
- The role encompasses the implementation of internal as well as external communications by coordinating with various stakeholders to implement effective campaigns.
- The candidate should be an ideas person with an interest in working on multiple platforms including online, digital, AV, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure visibility for the business amongst the internal as well as external target audience.
- Ability to manage end-to-end communication campaigns and align the messaging across multiple audiences and platforms. Experience in measuring communication effectiveness and using insights to optimize campaigns.
- To support and coordinate with communication colleagues within the Zone India and global teams for regular updates, developments, and communication updates.
- Study competitive communication activities and proactively devise tactical communication to capture market share and influence the brand image.
- Responsible for managing content across all communication platforms for the given area of responsibility.
