We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience/knowledge in QA & QC and a strong understanding of quality systems and processes in the Automobile Industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) activities.
Conduct Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection.
Monitor quality KPI and prepare quality performance reports.
Identify quality issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Use 7 QC Tools for problem-solving and quality improvement.
Participate in Kaizen activities and encourage new Improvement Ideas.
Implement and maintain 5S at the workplace.
Conduct 5S Audits and ensure compliance.
Conduct Process Audits and follow up on audit findings.
Support internal and customer audits.
Monitor rejection, rework, defects and process performance.
Prepare and maintain quality-related documents and records.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,977.20 - ₹25,477.56 per month
