We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to generate business leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining company services, maintaining lead records, and converting prospects into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships.
- Explain company services and address customer queries.
- Maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Achieve lead generation and sales conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
