Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Hardware & Network Support Executive to provide onsite installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for hardware, networking, broadband, CCTV, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will visit customer locations, resolve technical issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV Cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Install and configure Routers, Access Points, and Network Switches.
- Perform Broadband and Fiber Internet installation and support.
- Setup and maintain LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and hardware issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
- Provide onsite technical support and customer assistance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits.
- Prepare service reports and update job status regularly.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Experience with CCTV Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Router, Wi-Fi, and Network Configuration.
- Basic understanding of Fiber Optic Networks and Broadband Services.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ISP/Broadband Support.
- Knowledge of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Networks.
- Experience in Customer Support and Field Service Operations.
- ITI, Diploma, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
