Full job description
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are neat, hygienic, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any unusual observations to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper use and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest belongings and hotel property.
