The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), e-Tendering portals, government procurement processes, MS Excel, and tender documentation. The role will also involve preparing product/service catalogues, brochures, presentations, and other business development materials.
Freshers with strong knowledge of tender processes, GeM, Excel, and catalogue designing may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Search, identify, and monitor relevant Government, PSU, Corporate, and Healthcare tenders.
Manage the complete tender lifecycle from tender identification through submission, follow-up, and result tracking.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, tender fees, and other requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
Manage GeM Portal activities, including:
Searching and monitoring bids/tenders.
Preparing and submitting bids.
Product/service listing and catalogue management.
Updating vendor profiles and documents.
Tracking orders and bid status.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect quotations, technical specifications, certificates, statutory documents, credentials, and commercial information.
Maintain and regularly update the Tender Tracker/MIS for ongoing, submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders.
Coordinate with clients and relevant departments regarding clarifications, corrigendums, pre-bid queries, and tender-related communication.
Prepare comparative statements, costing sheets, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
Assist with post-award documentation, including work orders, agreements, LOIs, and related documents.
Prepare and update company profiles, product/service catalogues, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
Coordinate with management and operations teams to collect accurate product and service information.
Maintain a structured database of previous bids, tender documents, client details, rates, credentials, and supporting documents.
Track tender outcomes, including L1/L2 status, competitors, awarded value, and reasons for rejection, wherever available.
Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, compliant, and submitted before the deadline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Tender Management, GeM, E-Tendering, Procurement, or Business Development preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of GeM Portal and e-Tendering portals.
Good understanding of government procurement and tender procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong documentation, analytical, and data-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and work effectively under strict deadlines.
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical products, hospital supplies, or related industries will be preferred.

The candidate should be able to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and take ownership of the tender submission process.
